A. No. The program is for ANYONE, with or without oils.
Q. How do I access all of the lessons?
A. You gained access to the entire program the moment you got access! I recommend that you set a reminder on your phone so that you can come back here daily to take a look at the new lesson.
Q. How much time will this take out of my day?
A. Each lesson will offer a suggestion for making small daily shifts in your life. Some days will take just a few minutes; some will require a little more time. If a little more time is required than you have on a certain day, just save it for another day. But in order to receive the maximum benefit from this program, be sure to complete it within 28 days and try not to build up a backlog of more than a day or two.
I also recommend that you spend 5-10 minutes each day completing the assignment in your workbook that corresponds to each day's task.
Q. Will the recipes during the 5 Day Clean Eating Cleanse (week 4) be suitable for all diet types?
A. The recipes for this cleanse were created with the intention of being gentle on your digestive system. There are options to prepare your meals vegan, vegetarian, or paleo while avoiding common foods that tend to cause inflammation.
