8 Ways to Elevate your Immune System
As the season continues and we’re faced with a situation requiring unprecedented measures, it’s more important than ever to focus on everyday lifestyle choices to keep us above the wellness line. 

Supporting our immune system helps us fight disease. Below you'll find my top tips for supporting your healthy immune system naturally. 

1. Take a walk! 

 Studies show that fresh air and sunshine help support immunity by encouraging our body to produce Vitamin D which in turn helps our body fight disease. 

Being outside is also a huge mood booster and can even help decrease stress. So, use the time to do some walking, yard work, or deep breathing and embrace the beauty of God’s creation... while practicing a social distance of at least 6 feet away from other people.

2. Eat Your Fruits & Veggies (including lots of greens!)
