The Dynamic Duo for Winter
In case your muscles haven’t told you yet . . .  Winter is here! 
 
My lower back reminded me that the other day when I was clearing snow. And my tight shoulders are constantly trying to s-q-u-e-e-z-e my ears for warmth. 
 
Tight muscles can really affect our body’s ability to fight off the stressors that impact health. 
 
That’s why chiropractic care is so beneficial all year long.
 
Chiropractors don’t perform surgery or prescribe drugs. Their philosophy is that spinal misalignment can negatively affect the musculoskeletal system, leaving us more susceptible to disease and illness. They work with patients on their overall lifestyle, providing guidance on exercise, nutrition, and sleeping habits.
