My kids move in three different directions in the summer so preparing any sort of hot breakfast is impossible. But sometimes I surprise them with a special treat. These yummy muffins are delicious hot or cold and the smell of Young Living’s Cinnamon Bark Vitality Essential Oil wafting through the house is enough to make any busy teen stop for a moment. This delicious recipe usually buys me 5 minutes before they rush off for the morning . . . or before the muffins are gone.

Dry doesn’t begin to describe my hair after a week in the American Southwest. Young Living’s International Grand Convention was a blast but the dry air that met me every day wreaked havoc on my midwestern locks.
Don’t get me wrong I loved all the sunshine, but here in the Midwest we also have humidity. Utah is dry, dry, dry! I looked like Hermione Granger in “The Sorcerer’s Stone” by the time I returned to Northern Illinois. Fortunately, this magical elixir from our very own upline Cecelia Bruce came to my rescue. After only one use my hair is shiny, soft and full.
Now my hair is as happy as the mosquitos.
